Cancellation Policy: To cancel your reservation, please contact our office promptly. A mandatory $100 deposit is required for all reservations. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the reservation date and time, or 72 hours in advance for Monday reservations. Cancellations made after this time frame will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit. 

Refund Policy:
DC Junk Removal Rentals does not issue refunds under any circumstances. If you need to change your reservation date, please contact our office at least 48/72 hours before the reservation date and time, and we will happily reschedule your reservation.
 

Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for keeping the trailer at its original drop-off location. Unauthorized movement may result in legal action and associated fees. Customers must also ensure the trailer is returned in good condition upon check-out, or additional fees may apply.
 

Items Not Permitted In The Dumpster:
Items such as gravel, stones, soil, or heavy large metal materials are strictly prohibited in the dumpster. Placing these items in the dumpster or concealing them within the trailer's contents will result in fines, and the customer must remove the materials from the dumpster.
 

Other Charges:
Additional charges may apply for missing items, damaged items, vandalism, or excessive wear and tear. Please note that this list is not exhaustive.
 

Disclaimer:
DC Junk Removal Rentals reserves the right to modify prices and Terms & Conditions without prior notice. We also maintain the right to refuse service to anyone and assume no responsibility for accidents or customer injuries. Any trash or items placed in the dumpster become the property of DC Junk Removal Rentals and will not be returned.
 

Attorneys’ Fees:
In the event that arbitration or litigation is necessary to enforce any provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover all costs and reasonable attorneys' fees associated with the process.
